Satisfaction Drives Sales, Loyalty Drives Profit….Which Do You Have?
Throughout corporate history we have been bombarded with satisfaction surveys. Marketing executives patted themselves on the back when the surveys showed high satisfaction and freaked out at low satisfaction ratings.
